This dual action exfoliator has papaya and pineapple fruit enzymes to penetrate the skin and give a light exfoliation in the lower levels of the epidermis, while the bamboo silica beads slough off any dead cells that may be on the surface of the skin. This is good for most skin types, excluding extremely dry or sensitive skin. Use 2-3 times a week at night, after cleansing and toning the skin, then follow up with a  moisturizer. Be sure to use a sunscreen while using this product as it can increase your sensitivity to UV rays.
